Number of pupils: Pupils to be mixed with others schools to form teams to send at least 3 children with a maximum of 10. If you would like to send more please email nwlssp@castlerocksch.org.uk

Target Group: Boys, girls and SEN children who don’t currently play football for their school team or at a local club

Equipment: Pupils will need to wear PE kit and trainers and bring their own drinks

Format:

• Pupils to be mixed into teams. Teachers will be assigned to a team each
• Teams will rotate around a series of football skill stations
• Each station will last approximately 10 – 15 minutes
• Teams will then play 3 friendly matches, each lasting 14 minutes. Scores will not be recorded. Teachers to referee matches alongside club coaches.
• The aim of the festival is to help children take part in football (that usually wouldn’t get the opportunity), learn to love the game and encourage new players to take up the sport
